Permanently Route Customers via Maintain Routes |
Unrouted services with a Week Code other than On Call can be manually inserted into an existing Route via Maintain Routes. Also See Related Tasks.
Navigate To: Routing>Route Maintenance>Maintain Routes |
- Select the Route Day.
- Select the Route Number.
- Left click to highlight a row where the new call will be inserted before or after.
- Right Click and select New Call Before or New Call After
- Manually Enter the Customer #, Site #, Service # and Activity.
- Save when finished.
- Call will now be permanently included on the selected route in the inserted sequence.
